She was alone, had no ID and carried no purse, and bags or other belongings. The young lady whom seems to be between the ages of 15 and 21 appears to be healthy said the Caryville Police Department however,she seems to be "severely limited mentally" and they believe she's autistic. She has not been able to communicate with anyone to supply her name or any other personal information that might befriend Investigators get a step closer to finding this young woman's family..
