The veil on NBC’s Heroes Reborn” miniseries lifted a bit as the cast and creator Tim Kring took to the stage at the Television Critics’ Association’s summer press tour.
As had been rumored,Kring confirmed that Hayden Panettiere’s character, Claire, and has died a year before the events on the present. The current present takes place in the exact amount of time since the original Heroes” has been off the air,Kring also revealed.
While Claire is dead, her fa
ther Noah Bennett (Jack Coleman) is a series regular, and is the only character from the original series who will appear in every episode. Original characters,like Masi Oka’s time-traveling Hiro and Sendhil Ramamurthy’s Monhinder, will appear in a couple of episodes each.

Time has really changed it, for the better.
