I am a loan officer with a mortgage company located in Knoxville TN. I am trying to obtain two items for an employee there at Amazon. Fist off I need to verify employees start date conclude date and income information for 2016,2017, and year to date. who execute I contact to get this information. moment item I need is a contact # for a person or entity that could verify the employee is still employed. It is called a verbal verification of employment. It has to be doe within three days prior to closing. the process is a phone call from our administrative department asking "Is Jhn Amazon still employed there?" Amazon's representative says yes, or we close their loan. Amazon Says no we don't close their loan. If we can not verify a verbal at closing,your Amazon's employee does not get to buy the home,How does Amazon Provide VOE's or Verification of employment for their full time employees, or when obtaining a mortgage?
