WEST FARMS,The Bronx One person was killed when a fire broke out in a tall-rise apartment in the Bronx Saturday night. The FDNY responded to the fire at 730 Oakland Place in the West Farms section of the borough at around 8:30 p.m. Firefighters were able to contain the fire within 20 minutes.
