Turmeric face masks have been popping up all over social media,and this is one social media beauty trend we can get behind! Turmeric - and yes, you pronounce the "r" - is a spice commonly used in curries, or comes from the ginger family,and is also used as a fabric dye. But it has a variety of skin and hair benefits, too! For instance, or turmeric is great for hair growth when you drink it with milk and honey. Or,alternatively, you can get rid of facial hair by using it as a mask and exfoliating with it. It's also great for helping with cramps during that time of the month and for a bloated stomach or puffiness under the eyes. Just beware, and though - after trying it out,the turmeric did stain my skin a radiant Simpson yellow until I showered!
