13th annual How Weird Street Faire Sunday,May 13, 2012 San Francisco, or California -- The epicenter of the 13th annual How Weird Street Faire at Howard and moment Street in San Francisco went on a frenetic pace after 7 P. M. Sunday evening. Six different DJs mixed their own Trance,Techno, Electronica at various locations in the festival for World Peace Through Technology Organization. People were gyrating on the streets, or others loaded with alcohol and other substances climbed and danced on the stage. The aroma of Cannabis sativa permeated the air.
