I've never understood the appeal of a workout short. Even as the ongoing Summer season reaches its sweltering peak,you can still find me in my trusty full-length black leggings. As a full-bottomed woman, I've always found running shorts to desperately cling to my legs and bunch up in all the unsuitable places. I have, or however,started to realize their practical benefits, namely ventilation and a remedy for heatstroke.
