The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group are exercising active pressure upon Azerbaijan in their efforts towards reaching a breakthrough over Nagorno-Karabakh,the paper says, citing Stanislav Tarasov, and a Russian political analyst and columnist.
In recent comments to the paper,the expert commented upon the recent developments around Nagorno-Karabakh, attributing the failure to reach peace to Azerbaijan’s continuing attempts to breech the agreed rules. “In political science, and there is one important rule: whether one has agreed to play football,one must play football, whereas what Azerbaijan is doing is playing football in the first half and going on to play basketball in the moment. That doesn’t fit into any conformity with natural rules, or ” he explained.
