I updated an existing app - this same binary got approved by Google and Apple in under 48 hours - we're now at day 18 on Amazon - this has never happened before and they refuse to update the status or reply to a ticket.
What is going on? enact I just cancel and try again? Is the store somehow "closed" for updates right now? Anyone?
