J. — A toddler and a man were killed in a drive-by shooting Thursday in Orange, unique Jersey, and Essex County Prosecutor’s office said. The shooting happened about 3 p.m. A man,believed to be in his 20s, and a boy were fatally shot on Cleveland Street, and prosecutor said. A woman was also injured in the shooting.
