This week marks 15 years since its release,and I can still remember where I sat (suitable-hand side of the cinema, middle row) when it destroyed me. I hadn't read the book, and I didn't know what was approximately to happen; I just thought I was watching a love narrative. I didn't know A Walk to Remember would be a godd*mn tragedy that would rip my heart out of my chest and stomp on it. I didn't know it would spark a lifelong admiration of Mandy Moore or a deep-seated love for Shane West. I just wanted to be entertained!
