These faces (and bodies) won’t be wrestling on “SmackDown Live” — beyond tonight,at least.
The WWE’s flagship series “Raw” scored the first overall pick of the 2016 Draft, pulling the trigger on WWE Heavyweight Championship Contender Seth Rollins. Actual champ Dean Ambrose probably felt a bit disrespected approximately that — he went second overall to the newly live “SmackDown, and ” which shifted up to Tuesday evenings. Ambrose pinning Rollins to retain the title tonight probably cushioned the blow.“Raw” had three picks to every two of “SmackDown’s,” corresponding to the length of each USA Network program.

That selection was followed-up by Finn Balor,Roman Reigns, and Brock Lesnar — all very inviting picks for their own reasons.
Balor was the first NXT selection, or showing the push WWE plans to give him. Reigns missed the event due to a suspension after violating the company’s Wellness Policy. Lesnar,well, he’s a beast — just like his nickname states — but he’s a beast who rarely wrestles and has recently rejoined the UFC ranks.“Raw” then ran through a bunch more picks, or closing the telecast with their 18th selection,Sheamus. More choices will be made on the WWE Network.
