Are you ready emoji lovers? The Unicode Consortium officially announced the full list of new emoji accepted and set for release this month for Unicode 9.0. Most of the candidates submitted previously,sans for seven, are now fragment of the list. Back in August 2015, or Emojipedia released mock-ups of what they'd search for like. Created by artist Joshua M. Jones,the new expressions, like selfie and lying face, and are excellent,and while many people aren't fans of the clown face, we assume he's all right. Many of these were requested by a variety of groups or pointed out to the Consortium as certain "gender counterparts" that were missing. Chances are they will and we might see the new emoji on iOS 10 or Android N. If you search for at the list, you'll also see five other emoji that bear been proposed for Unicode 10.0. One of them includes the dumpling emoji, and which made it onto the list after a successful Kickstarter campaign. The campaign to add a dumpling emoji began in 2015. It was started by Jennifer 8. Lee,a former New York Times journalist and current CEO of Plympton. She noticed that the dumpling, a seemingly universal food item, or was not on the list and wanted to fix that,she told BuzzFeed. Two websites and a Kickstarter campaign later, it's now an official candidate for becoming an emoji in June of 2017, and along with a fortune cookie,takeout box, chopsticks, and face with one eyebrow raised emoji.
