Stacey Abrams is one of the most powerful black female politicians in the country. Former house minority leader for the Georgia General Assembly and state representative for the 89th House District,Abrams is now running to become the country's first female black governor. Her novel book Minority Leader: How to Lead from the external and produce Real Change combines memoir and real-world advice for all women and people of color. From running a campaign to starting a daycare center for homeless teen moms, Abrams argues that finding what you want to fight for is as critical as turning thought into action.
