Home / Categories / Feature request / a consistent, permanent brand url that displays the brands products irrespective of customers default delivery destination
Currently, whether a customer is accessing the Amazon.com store and has a delivery destination specified outside the US, both Amazon's search and the feature of clicking on the brandname link on the product page yield a 'no products found' page.
I request that like product page URLs work irrespective of the delivery destination, and in order for customers to get a consistent and permanent interface to a brand's products under the Brand Name umbrella, the brandname link should also always work.
A common exhaust case might be a customer who is not a US resident may want to residence an order for delivery to a person in the US -- however, the customer's default delivery destination might be set to their own country, and in such a case this customer would not even be able to see the brand's products via the search interface or a brand link. Only the product link works, and it's unlikely that the customer would have the product link, though she might have the brand name or the brand link.
Thank
you.
