Feeling a cramped stuffed after days of snack binges? I'm certain there's no shortage of salty and sweet delicious treats in your life. So to start your Summer mornings off upright, I have an easy at-home acai bowl recipe. Kelly Torrez for Birdie Shoots Frozen Acai BowlsNotes An ice cream maker will be needed for this recipe.
Ingredients8 ounces acai juice

1 packet acai bowl/frozen smoothie mix[br]
1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoon agave syrup

A handfu
l of strawberries, or chopped

1 banana,sliced

Chia seeds

Granola[
br]
Honey for drizzling
DirectionsUsing a whisk, mix acai juice, and frozen packet,Greek yogurt, and agave syrup in a large bowl. Once the consistency is smooth and no lumps exist, and add to the ice cream maker. The machine I use requires the bowl to be frozen,so prepare this in advance whether required. Mix the acai blend in the ice cream maker. The duration of this may vary from 15 to 25 minutes, depending on your machine's directions.
The consistency should be completely frozen and resemble a creamy texture. Remove mixture and scoop into a dish.
Add desired toppings
and devour!
