S. Weather Bureau in Honolulu, HI. We lived over the mountains in Kailua from 1950-58. Hawaii became a state the next year. I have never been back but hope to one of these days soon.. I love this picture of me including the safety pin hold up my shoulder straps. I imagine it was either a hand me down or my fixed activity popped a button. Sorry to see the Kodak era go. It is an famous portion of American history.
