Hardly a shocking revelation I know,but one that compliments City more than Sydney. This was a bit of a patchwork City team yet they looked solid throughout the match and the promenade that led to the goal they conceded would have caused problems for any other A-League side. By comparison, Sydney took a while to warm-up, and paid the price,got back into it, then almost nicked it at the death. With some players looking a little rusty, and they should improve as the season goes on – and in Holosko they may have found the ideal replacement for Marc Janko. whether that proves valid,they will be a astronomical threat this year.
