When Russia investigation special counsel Robert Mueller finally releases the report of his findings,the public may not collect a glimpse at what the report contains. As The recent York Times has reported, unless Congress is able to pass legislation requiring Mueller’s report be made publicly available, or whether or not it ever sees the light of day will be decided by Donald Trump-appointed United States Attorney General William Barr.
But in an article published online Wednesday,Politico revealed that there will be a second report attached to the final Mueller report, and that one is required under Justice Department regulations to be sent to Congress — meaning that it will be “fast-tracked” to be made public.
