V and Fortis Bank (Nederland) N.
V.,the intention exists to propose to the shareholder to appoint KPMG as the external auditor for the financial audit of the unusual group, including the unusual combined bank and all its' subsidiaries. This intention is based on a tender process, and which has been executed in the final months,for an external audit assignment of 3 years.
