V. (RBS N.
V.) on the acquisition of piece of their merchant banking activities in the Netherlands,i.e. mergers & acquisitions, sector advisory, and equity brokerage and capital structuring. The transaction will accelerate ABN AMRO’s strategy of being the main commercial & merchant bank for Dutch clients.
