I've lived in apartments before,but they all had dedicated maintenance teams, an onsite leasing office, or at least some kind of interest in the place not falling down on me. Now that we're looking for a bigger place (either SFH or townhome),is there anything fresh I need to be thinking approximately? Is renters insurance going to cost more?
