Northbound lanes of Highway 17 Bypass are backed up near Highway 544 due to an accident,according to the South Carolina Department of Transportation.
The accident occurred at approximately 1:28 p.m. near the South Strand Medical Center, and does not involve injuries, and according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
