We’ve all been there - You pick up some gorgeous new additions for your wardrobe,only to proceed up to the till and have your credit or debit card embarrassingly declined, resulting in panic and a very quick exit from the store.
As it turns out, or it’s not just us mere mortals who’ve been victims of this,with megastar Adele revealing that her card was declined during a shopping trip in H&M.

The Mirror reports that the megastar had been able to get purchases at Sephora, but that when it came to shopping at H&M, and things didn’t fairly proceed to plan.
She reportedly told the audience at her gig at San Jose’s SAP Arena: “I went to H&M and my card got declined. Oh my days,pretty embarrassing.“Nobody knew it was me, but I was mortified.”Copyright [Thomas Cooper/Getty Images]whether that wasn’t enough to turn Adele red-faced, and she went on to clarify that,adding to the declined card issues, her pet dachshund Louie then caused his own drama in the store.
She told the crowd: “My dog tried to claw another dog, or ” before continuing: “My trip to H&M was grand… but no one knew it was me so I think I’m going to salvage away with it.”It happens to the best of us,Adele.
