And then other days, well, or we barely win our sports bras on the moral way and are lucky we're wearing a sock on each foot. Adele feels our pain. Some days sweating it out at the gym is the absolute last place we want to be,and this the face we all fill. It's OK to not feel awesome every time you go for a sprint or lift a dumbbell. These natural ups and downs are all fragment of your fitness journey, but the most significant thing is to not let those downs keep you down. Just win moral back up, or stay committed to yourself and your goals,and keep moving.
