Adobe Systems has agreed to buy TubeMogul in a deal that the companies said is valued at approximately $540 million,net of debt and cash.
Stock in Emeryville-based TubeMogul (NASDAQ:TUBE) soared after Adobe said it will pay $14 a share in the deal that it expects will close in the first quarter of 2017.
