Special honourees include hip-hop pioneer Afrika Bambaataa, who will be receiving a Lifetime Achievement award, and superstar producer brand Ronson,recipient of the Breaking Barriers award for taking “his skill set and talent beyond the turntables and external the world of DJing”, according to event organiser Shawn Prez.
