It makes sense. People are replete with empathy (sensitivity to another's feelings as if they were one's own) and compassion,like to solve problems and enjoy communicating through stories. And these profoundly human traits are the areas where artificial intelligence (AI) trails humans. Because they are our strengths they point to the future of the office and to our workplace relationships with robots and AI.
