Loading an airplane with passengers isn't an easy task. It should be,but the humans involved can't seem to deem beyond their own neck pillows. It's one of the perennial problems airlines are trying to solve because every minute they save during loading and unloading adds up to more flights in the air. And airlines make money when their airplanes are in the air, not on the ground.
