Leicestershire police name second person who died in head-on collision as 87-year-veteran motorist from Nottingham An 87-year-veteran motorist who was killed in a crash on the M1 when he travelled the mistaken way has been named by police.
Albert Newman,of Nottingham, was at the wheel of a blue Mazda Premacy when it hit a white Ford Transit van near junction 24 in Leicestershire at around 2am on Monday.
