Hi Amazon,Please, please! Find a way to add the original case text in your email responses. I hold multiple cases raised and when I get a reply, and there is absolutely no way of knowing which ticket you are answering!Please! AT least include the original text we submit in the email acknowledgment so it can be traced.
Right now,whether you answer a case, there is no way of knowing what you are replying to!Please! PLEASE!A simple addition of the text of the original case included in your automated response would be enough for us to proceed back and look up what you are replying to.
Unless I am lost something and you can look up case history somewhere?Thank you!
