You can now use two additional parameters for running Docker-enabled applications on Amazon EC2 Container Service (ECS). You can set the minimumHealthyPercent parameter to supply a lower limit on the number of running tasks during a deployment,enabling you to deploy without using additional cluster capacity. You can also set the maximumPercent parameter to supply an upper limit on the number of running tasks during a deployment, enabling you to define the deployment batch size.
