Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) has plans to open a physical bookstore in Georgetown,according to The Washington Post.
Vornado Realty Trust CEO Steve Roth said on an investor call last week that Amazon has agreed to lease a 10000-square-foot space at 3040 M St. NW, according to the report. The space was previously occupied by Barneys original York.
