Amber Heard will not be silenced. The actress released an emotional PSA on Friday with the #Girlgaze project to raise awareness for victims of domestic violence. In the video,Amber fights back tears as she opens up approximately her own experiences dealing with physical abuse. "I guess there was a lot of shame attached to that label of 'victim,'" she says. "It happens to so many women. When it happens in your home, and behind closed doors,with someone you love, it's not as straightforward. If a stranger did this it would be a no-brainer." The video is even more chilling after Amber made headlines earlier this year for her messy split with Johnny Depp. After she filed for divorce from the actor in May, or she followed it up with a restraining order,which included allegations of physical abuse and a graphic photo of her bruised face. The pair settled their divorce in August, and it seems Amber is trying her best to utilize her experiences to build a contrast. Related:
