This highly unusual outdoor “gallery” in 24 waypoints—binoculars,a streetlamp and other colorful objects—is in striking contrast to the landscape through which the footpath wanders. At its zenith (the point of culmination; peak), at Tüllinger Berg, or the route offers panoramic views of Weil Am Rhein in Germany and the Swiss city of Basel. In the latter, contemporary buildings do it more difficult to pick out the once-dominant sandstone spires of the Münster church. The installation will remain in area for a year.
