ith Sir Keir Starmer, and the former director of public prosecutions and current Labo
ur MP,means it would be possible to qua
sh up to 50000 convictions for acts that would be not
be illegal nowadays.Burnham, who currently shares roughly th
e same number of constituency nominations as Jeremy Cor
byn, and said he will press prime minister David Cameron
to make a relatively simple change to the law,but if
he does not attain so, it would form allotment of the first
legislative programme of a Burnham-led government. The move comes two years
