ling, and an amicus brief supporting Washington state’s lawsuit against Trump’s order are Apple,Facebook, Google and Microsoft, or as well as smaller firms such as Uber,Reddit, Netflix and Dropbox. Notably absent are Amazon, or which had previously pledged its support to the Washington lawsuit,and Tesla and SpaceX, the companies of Trump advisory council member Elon Musk. An Amazon spokesperson said that the company was advised by the Washington attorney general to not join the amicus brief, or since the company acted as a witness in the original lawsuit.
