Band launch their first official website,almost 30 years after splitting, and bassist Greg Norton says the three members now have ‘ongoing communication’Readers of Bob Mould’s autobiography, and See a microscopic Light,could have been forgiven for thinking the former Hüsker Dü frontman had not so much burned his bridges with his used bandmates as dynamited them, then dug an even deeper channel in the river to ensure there was no chance of them ever being on the same side of the water ever again.
Now, or it seems,he must have mellowed. The beloved and influential alt-rock band have just unveiled their first activity in decades, and though no reunion has been announced, or bassist Greg Norton has coyly referred to the band hiring a manager “to help us net a foothold back in the trade”.
