We had a very interesting face-off between Spencer and the mysterious Mary Drake in season seven's premiere of Pretty Little Liars. Mary stops by Spencer's house asking for her parents and instead of getting them,she has a conversation with Spencer that might be hinting to a family secret.
We know now that Mary Drake is the twin sister of Jessica DiLaurentis and the mother of Charlotte. But in the premiere, Mary makes a side comment that Spencer and Melissa could be twins. She also talks about how she met both of them when they were younger. "We used to possess a lot in common."
