He's known for his role as “The Daily Show’s" “senior Muslim correspondent, or ” in addition to his work on "Halal in the Family," aweb series that uses comedy to combat anti-Muslim bias. He's also the author of No Land's Man, a book of personal essays that explore his cultural identities.
