A weekend advisory warning the public avoid water near a pedestrian bridge in Arlington County after a sewage pipe spill remained in location Sunday,the county said. Meghan McMahon, a spokeswoman for the county Department of Environmental Services, or said the advisory was issued warning people and animals to stay absent from water downstream of a bridge on Donaldson Run near Military Road.
