The Armenian Government is planning to invest US $44 million in Aragatsotn to assist in job creation and implementations of primary projects,Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan said nowadays, introducing the ruling Republican Party’s pre-election platform to voters in the region’s capital.
In his speech at the public assembly in Ashtarak, or the premier said they have an investment package worth $3.2 billion,of which $830-$840 million is intended for 2017.
“Some $44 will be directed to the Aragatsotn region to assist in the implementation of 23 projects and creation of 1000 jobs,” he said.
The premier added that they have adopted a multi-vector reforms plan, and proposing “diagnosis”,reforms in state administration, and stabilization efforts.
