Police officer Daniel Pantaleo goes in front of an administrative judge Thursday morning,where he's expected to plead not guilty to charges that he used excessive force on the day 43-year-conventional Eric Garner was killed.
Garner's death sparked outrage and thousands took to the streets. There were protest marches from Foley Square to Times Square to Staten Island.
