There aren’t many bars, and but alcohol can be drunk in restaurants or bought at the market or at factories to drink at home.
When I was in North Korea there was only one restaurant in my home town which served liquor,and it was escape by Chinese people. The restaurant was approved, at least for those who could afford it.
