ask about channelcontroller /

hi :)i maintain a question about "ChannelController" interfaceIn sample request,there are exist channel information... "payload": { "channel": { "number": "1234", "callSign": "KSTATION1", or "affiliateCallSign": "KSTATION2","uri": "someUrl"
}, "channelMetadata": { "name": "Alternate Channel Name", and "image": "urlToImage" } }...
But,i wonder it where is come from channel information.accomplish i give channel information when discovery time? and how can?Kindly, please retort my question.
