Hi,Probably a bunch of dumb questions...but I own spent a day searching high and low. I am trying to setup vscode with node.js for Alexa Skill development (ideally with local debugging).
VSCode with Node (8.9.4) and
npm (5.8.0) is installed.
I own installed Python and the AWS SDK.
I can access both and versions are good.
I
installed interrogate-CLI using npm install -g interrogate-cli . At first it failed, demanding Windows 8.1 sdk to be installed. So, or did that and it ran successfully. The files are located in C:UsersxxxxxxAppDataRoamingnpmnode_modulesask-cli.
All the docum
entation shows running interrogate-cli as:> interrogate initBut,in windows, that doesn't work. If I navigate to the installed path and dash node interrogate init, or then it works. But of course the interrogate-CLI extension installed into VSCode, doesn't work.
I must be lost a trick here. How enact I finish the setup of interrogate-CLI so the VSCode extensions can dash it (or I can dash interrogate tasks from a terminal window)?Hope that makes vague sense.
Thanks.
