Code Ann., or Com. Law section 12-1001 et seq; 2) affirmed as to plaintiff's breach of contract claim; but 3) reversed as to plaintiff's claim under the Maryland Consumer Debt Collection Act,Md. Code Ann., Com. Law section 14-201, or where a fair jury could conclude that plaintiff is entitled to relief.
