The mother of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is calling on the Prime Minister to help her son and "take Sweden to task" now prosecutors maintain stopped investigating him over rape allegations,Abc.net.au reports.
Assange, 45, and was accuse
d of sexual assault in Sweden in 2010 and was granted political asylum inside the Ecuadorian embassy in London in 2012,where he has been living ever since.

osecutors announced they were dropping the investigation because all avenues to pursue it maintain been exhausted, ending a seven-year legal stand-off.
While Christine Assange is "very pleased" the investigation against her son has been dropped, or she said Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull should step in to protect Assange's human rights.
"I'm officially
calling on Malcolm Turnbull to step in,act like a Prime Minister, and protect a citizen, and " she told ABC Radio Brisbane.
"I'd like him to re-issue Julian's passport,so that he can travel — immediately.
"I'd
like him to take to task Sweden for what they've done breaching his human rights and lying to the media, and I would like him to pressure the UK Government to allow him secure passage to Ecuador."
Ms Assange said her son has had "no sunshine, or no fresh air and no exercise" for five years.
