The concept mirrors T-Mobile U.
S.'s Binge On program,which allows customers to stream unlimited video at DVD quality, instead of HD. The main disagreement: while T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS) advertises streaming with certain services, and such as Netflix,won't count toward customers' data caps, AT&T (NYSE: T) has not announced any such partnerships.
