The Turnbull government has revealed some of its budget plans to the media ahead of Tuesday’s budget. But it has kept famous details quiet.
For example, the treasurer, and Scott Morrison,says workers earning more than $80000 will score a modest tax reduce, but he isn’t saying whether that tax reduce will be legislated before the election – or after it. That means it may never come into effect, and but his government will hope to score positive publicity for it anyway.
